How TexaCRM (Ife Solutions Ltd) collects, uses and protects your information.

1. Introduction

TexaCRM is a product of Ife Solutions Ltd, a technology company registered in Nigeria. We provide a cloud-based CRM platform for businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you use texacrm.com and our mobile applications.

2. Information We Collect

We collect:

  • Account data: name, email, business name, and password (hashed — never stored in plain text).
  • Business data: orders, customers, products, inventory and payment history you create in TexaCRM.
  • Usage data: logs, IP addresses, browser/device type and in-app feature usage for security and product improvement.
  • Payment data: subscription payments are handled by Paystack; we store only transaction references, not card details.
  • Communications: support messages you send us.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain and improve the platform
  • Process subscription payments through Paystack
  • Send transactional emails (order alerts, team invites, subscription notices)
  • Respond to support requests
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Comply with Nigerian law

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Google Firebase / Firestore — database and authentication
  • Paystack — payment processing
  • Railway — backend hosting
  • Vercel — frontend hosting
  • Law enforcement or regulators when legally required

5. Data Retention

Business data is retained for your subscription duration plus 30 days after expiry. Account data is retained until you request deletion. Logs are retained for 90 days.

6. Data Security

We use HTTPS in transit, AES-256 for sensitive stored credentials, Firebase Authentication with secure tokens, and role-based access control. No system is 100% immune to breaches; we will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of one.

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct, delete or export your data, and opt out of non-essential marketing. Email [email protected] to exercise these rights.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication sessions only — no tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

TexaCRM is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be emailed to account holders and shown on this page.
