Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Ife Solutions Ltd (operating as TexaCRM).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TexaCRM you agree to these Terms between you (or your business) and Ife Solutions Ltd, registered in Nigeria. If using on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. Service Description

TexaCRM is a cloud-based CRM for order management, customers, inventory, payments, delivery, analytics and storefront embeds, accessed via texacrm.com and our official apps.

3. Account Registration

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information.
  • Keep your password and credentials confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.
  • One business account per user; multiple accounts to bypass limits are prohibited.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

  • 7-day free trial with a 50-order limit; no payment required during the trial.
  • Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Unlimited) are billed monthly from activation.
  • Payments are processed by Paystack.
  • Order quotas reset each billing period anchored to your activation date.
  • No refunds for partially used periods unless required by Nigerian consumer law.
  • Pricing may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Sell illegal or counterfeit goods
  • Process fraudulent transactions or launder money
  • Send spam or harass users
  • Reverse-engineer, hack or disrupt the platform
  • Create accounts to bypass limits
  • Violate any applicable law

Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your business data. You grant Ife Solutions Ltd a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to provide the service. We never sell your data.

7. Intellectual Property

TexaCRM, its logo, design system, software and documentation are the property of Ife Solutions Ltd. Your business name, logo and content remain yours.

8. Service Availability

We target 99% monthly uptime and are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure (Firebase, Railway, Vercel, Paystack) or force majeure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ife Solutions Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Data is retained for 30 days after termination, then may be deleted.
  • Request a data export before termination via support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be emailed at least 14 days before taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; disputes are resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
